Best Ranged God in Smite

With the addition of new gods and constant balance shifts the best ranged god in Smite can change season to season. But some gods remain as strong and fun to play as ever.

Cabrakan offers a lot of crowd control with three abilities that can all be used back-to-back. This combined with his high damage make him a great pick.

Pele

Pele is a god of fire, a fiery warrior that can shape and render a vibrant world into existence or burn it to ashes at her slightest whim. She’s a god that can dominate tier list smite games when played well, but she can also be a complete disaster in the hands of an inexperienced player.

She can burn fuel for increased damage and speed through her ability, Magma Rush. The key is knowing when to use it and how much to spend on fuel. This allows her to be a strong gap closer and a reliable backline support. A tier god, she’s also a great jungler and ganker.

Ne Zha

Ne Zha is an excellent god to play for players looking to get into Smite, his kit is fairly simple to learn and he can be quite a pain to play against. However, this is also a very powerful god and his skill ceiling is extremely high.

The third lotus prince is a bouncing, scamp-of-a-god that has a very good chance to steal the game with his incredibly ability-reliant kit. He’s also a pretty cool kid, which makes him even more fun to play.

Kali

The gods in this tier are strong for their respective roles, but require a little bit more skill to play than the S tier gods. This does not mean that they are hard to pick, however, some gods can be frustrating if you don’t know how to play them well.

Cupid is a strong ADC that can easily score kills with her powerful CC and her ability to mesmerize opponents. She is also one of the best anti diving gods in the game with her Scarab’s Blessing ability that removes CC from allies and gives them increased movement speed. This can make dives into an absolute nightmare for your opponent.

Jormungandr

Jormungandr is the Midgard Serpent, a giant sea-beast who encircles the world of men and is the trigger for Ragnarok, the apocalypse that will end all life in Norse mythology. The serpent harbors a great hatred of the Aesir gods for massacring the giants to near-extinction, and is destined to slay Thor at Ragnarok.

A true S-tier god, Arthur is a god that can dominate ranked games with his kit. His abilities allow him to lock down enemies and burst them down. His ult is excellent for scoring kills and is a must-use in team fights. His only problem is his lack of CC.

Janus

Janus is a god of doorways, beginnings, transitions, and duality. He is often depicted with two heads, one being a pessimist and the other an optimist. He is also the god of fate and indecision.

Danzaburou is an S-ranked god in this category due to his incredible strength in the jungle. His kit dishes out tremendous damage from the early to late game, and his ult can be used for both ganks and escapes.

Heimdallr is an S-ranked god in this category as well because of his anti assassin playstyle. His Gjallarhorn slows enemies attack speed and knocks back opponents, making it a great self peel tool.

Horus

Horus is a powerful god that can easily dominate ranked conquest games. His kit offers a lot of damage and anti healing, making him one of the best ranged gods in Smite.

He can also disable enemies with his arrows, which is great for harassing. In addition, he has a strong stun and a great mobility kit.

He can also dive into enemy Gods with his ult and is a good ganker in the jungle. His kit is a little bit behind the A tier gods, but it’s still very strong. This makes him a great god for players looking for a new challenge in the game.
